2. How do I change the renewal window or turn off autorenewal of my subscription purchased from the Online TMM Store?

1. Log into website with the account that made the purchase.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner .
3. Then click the My Account menu item.
4. Next click the button next to subscription.
5. To update the renewal window:
   1. Update Plan button.
   2. Then click the new renewal windows you would prefer.
   3. Then click the Continue button.
   4. Finally, on the next screen confirm the change.
   To turn off auto renewal:
   1. Click the Cancel plan button.
   2. Finally, on the next screen confirm the change.

3. How do I increase or decrease my purchased seats?

1. Log into website with the account that made the purchase.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner .
3. Then click the My Account menu item.
4. Next click the column that displays seats you have purchased.
5. Next click the Increase/Decrease Seats link.
6. Then click the Update Plan button.
7. Then click the Update Quantity button.
8. Finally, after updating the number of seats, click the Confirm button to complete the transaction.

1. Log into website with the account that made the purchase.
2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner .
3. Then click the My Account menu item.
4. Next click the column that displays seats you have purchased.
5. Finally, click the License Key link, and you will be provided with instructions you can send to the users.

1. Access the subscriptions tab in the Online TMM Store.
2. Decide which renewal window meets your needs and enter the number of seats you need before clicking the Checkout button.
   Note: the account that makes the purchase, the owner/manager account, will use 1 of the purchased seats.
